This chaps work is great. If you have the time, go take a look at it. Very reminiscent of Bruegal and Bosch.

A friend of mine sent me a link to these beautiful designs for alternate Tintin titles. So being probably the last man on earth drawing artwork with a mouse, i’ve finally bought a Wacom Intuos Pro drawing tablet. I’ve been hankering for one for the past year and finally took the plunge with the large model. It arrived yesterday and I have just test drove it on this pic. The pen works perfectly with my screen and only took a short while for me to get a ‘feel’ for it. This is 1 and a half hours work. This tablet is going to speed up my workflow a lot.
Stumbled upon some cover pics from an auction of NASA documents. Manuals, guidebooks, press kits, reports, brochures, including this one for Apollo 11.
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the start of the Great War. The word anniversary doesn’t sit well – its a celebration of something. It’s much more worth respectfully looking back, remembering and reflecting on the enormity and tragedy of it all. I found this sketch in my old papers from the early 1990s recently. I think i’ll be sketching a fair bit of WWI stuff this year.
